    NeighbourMike Diet Log | Mon-Sun

    My updates daily - weekly, haven't figured out precise format, will feature the transition from healthy eating, to carb cycling for upwards of a 15-20lb fat mass loss in 2 months from dieting alone & mostly cardio/cross training.

    3/4 cup Brussel sprouts
    Handful unsalted Almonds
    1 can of tuna

    3/4 cup Brussel sprouts
    Handful unsalted almonds
    6oz chicken breast

    3/4 cup broccoli
    1tbsp pb natty
    6oz chicken breasts

    1 and 1/4 cup egg whites
    2 yolks
    3/4 cup Mixed veg

    So far, heats what's been on the plate. Noticed energy levels too low, going to add in morning carbs tomorrow

    Upped carbs td

    1/2 cup plain oatmeal
    1 & 1/4 cup egg whites
    1 handful almonds(14 pieces lol)

    1 cup diced brussel sprouts
    6 oz chicken breast
    1 tbsp Udos Oil

    1cup cottage cheese
    2 tbsp pb
    1 scoop protein powder
    Blended all

    1 cup broccoli tops
    6 oz chicken breast
    Handful Unsalted almonds

    1&1/4 cup egg whites
    2 yolks
    1cup Mixed veg

    Felt very good today, recovering from my upper body split training yesterday, decided after just 15 mins cardio warmup my body wasn't feeling it today. No harm energy levels good think I found the right carb amount to stabilize my mood, yet see consistent fat mobilizing results.


    So far tipping the scales today at 210, down 2lbs over the week after implementing my modified nutrition habits.

    Satisfied thus far, had a cheat meal today for first time since starting, some fruitcake.

    Anyways, shooting for 2lb fat loss a week, will update each consecutive weigh in with a Tanita scale body comp readout, I think each Wednesday, for some "hump" day motivation

    Forgot my sheet at work, as it stands I am at 10.2% free of all compounds and 210lbs.
    21 total pounds of fat.

    Just one meal today, I think everyone who knows me/reads this gets the jist. I'll start putting up exceptional and different healthy concoctions for bodybuilding..Sooo good; 1cup broccoli with 6oz chicken breast, topping it off with 1tbsp organic pb and 3 squares dark chocolate70%. Pretty much better than Reese's cups. Too yum! Eating healthy can taste great.ImageUploadedByTapatalk1394048953.733187.jpg
